I've signed up to the Gnarly90 challenge to create real change in a Gnarly way... 
I will be participating in the Graly 90 weekly challenge, to show my support to Gnrally Neighbours across Australia. Gnarly offers a safe space for youth and a place for creativity of many kinds. 

Like most of us I had many crossroads in my teenage years where my life could have taken the wrong direction and things wouldn't be the way they are today. Gnarly is all about prevention not band aid fixes and im totally behid that!!

Week 7..luuunge

Monday 6th Oct
Did my 90 lunges this week, but didn't get many pics. Just the one attempted photo shoot with my son behind the camera and my dog trying to "help" 😂

Gnarly 90 week 6. Just what I needed tbh, a week to relax. To take some time out and be forced to slow down✌️🩷

This week I decided to switch out my weeks as I need to put my energy into hosting my own fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Foundation. I spent 2x 90 minutes sharing my afternoon with 60+ amazing local ladies and raised a bunch of money for the foundation!! So I will be doing the darn burpees in week 10!! 🩷✌️

Week 4.. takin out the trash

Sunday 14th Sep
Week 4 done ✔️ I really enjoyed this week. It was nice to be out and about, I visited 7 local parks and was blown away by how clean they were, 3 had no rubish at all!! What a town I live in!!!

Week 3 push up King...not!!!

Sunday 7th Sep
Week 3 I attempted to take 90 push ups. Not a big challenge for alot of people but for an unfit chook like me it was, also was a huge week of work and volunteering so I didn't finish the last few over the weekend, I fell short and fell in a heap lol.

Sunday 31st Aug
Weekly challenge of switching off and doing things you love, wasn't too hard for me. I spend alot of time creating after work and love keeping my hands busy at night with crochet instead of scrolling. Was good to get to the footy today instead of staying at home on my own, somthing I enjoy a little too much these days lol. Thanks to my sponsors, I'm almost at my new goal!! Bring on week 3 baby

thanks to all my week 1 sponsors!!! and to my supporters!! I completed my 90 minutes of movement, doesn't seem like much but I have a pretty busy schedule so it's an achievement for me. I got to the gym as many times this week as I'd been for whole the rest of the year!!
