Choose Your Own Way to Show Up

You can take on any challenge during the 90 days. It doesn’t need to be based around the number 90. Do something big or personal. Run a marathon. Take on a backyard ultra. Start a new habit. Push yourself through something uncomfortable. Or create your own movement that means something to you.

Make It 90 Themed

Want to tie your challenge to the number 90? Get creative. Try 90 seconds of cold plunges, meditation or something tough. Do 90 minutes of movement each day. Take 90 hours off social media. Go for 90 reps of your favourite workout. Swim 90 laps. Climb 90 stairs, 990 stairs or 99000 steps. Collect and donate 90 meals, 90 beanies or 90 items of clothing to people who need them. Create 90 artworks, 90 poems or 90 acts of kindness.
Weird, fun, powerful or personal. Whatever you choose, just show up for something bigger than yourself.
