Getting Started
How does Gnarly90 work?
It’s simple. Do something themed around the number 90, your way.
You don’t have to do it for 90 days (unless you want to). You can:
-
Do something once,
-
Do it once a day,
-
Spread it out over 90 days,
-
Smash it in 90 minutes,
-
Or even do 90 reps, 90 tricks, 90 minute painting, whatever feels meaningful to you.
You can create your own challenge or join in our weekly themes. The idea is to step up, do something with intention, and be part of a national movement that supports youth mental health.
Do I have to do it for 90 days straight?
No. This is about doing something meaningful, not following strict rules. Choose the format that works for you.
Can I create my own challenge?
Absolutely. That’s what makes it personal. Choose something you care about and give it a Gnarly 90 twist.
Can I join halfway through?
Yes. Start anytime. The 90 vibe is about meaning, not timing.
What if I miss a day?
No worries. Just keep going. Progress over perfection.
Can I change my challenge?
Yes. Life changes, so your challenge can too.

Where do donations go?
Donations help deliver youth-led programs and lay the foundation for self-sustaining Neighbourhood Hubs across Australia. These hubs provide connection, creativity, safety, and support for young people who need it most.
What impact does my donation have?
You’re backing real prevention. Your support helps build confidence, boost mental wellbeing, and create community for young people doing it tough.
Is my donation tax deductible?
