Getting Started
How does Gnarly90 work?
add remove

It’s simple. Do something themed around the number 90, your way.
You don’t have to do it for 90 days (unless you want to). You can:

  • Do something once,

  • Do it once a day,

  • Spread it out over 90 days,

  • Smash it in 90 minutes,

  • Or even do 90 reps, 90 tricks, 90 minute painting, whatever feels meaningful to you.

You can create your own challenge or join in our weekly themes. The idea is to step up, do something with intention, and be part of a national movement that supports youth mental health.
