I'm showing up for young Aussies & their mental health! 🤙🏼

I've signed up to the Gnarly90 challenge to create real change in a Gnarly way...

  1. Name your 90
    Each week I will undertake 90 minutes each of running, Pilates, lifting in the gym and body weight exercises.

  2. Say why it matters to you
    Health and fitness is essential to overall wellbeing and is something I have not prioritised enough over the last 2 years. I want to reinvigorate my fitness to provide a better example for my kids!

  3. Who it helps
    Gnarly Neighbours is a local grassroots charity that runs incredible programs for kids, and provides them with a safe space for expressing themselves and some incredible role models. My son has been participating in their skateboard lessons and it has built his confidence and resilience immensely.

  4. Set a goal
    $500 reaches 100+ young people. $20,000 helps thousands across the state.

  5. Invite action
    Providing a donation will help build access for more and more kids to access these incredible programs. Any way to raise awareness for the amazing things Gnarly Neighbours are doing is beneficial.
