90 Dips for Mental Health

I am committing to a minimum 90 second cold plunge every day for 90 days.

I am a mental health survivor, I want to break the stigma around talking about mental health and Gnarly Neighbours is the real deal.

Gnarly Neighbours and funds raised keep an open door, safe space, and free programs every day. Prevention, not band aid fixes.

I want to raise awareness for Gnarly Neighbours and if I can raise $500 to reach 100+ young people even better.
