Why I’m Taking Part In Gnarly90
Friday 15th AugFor 90 days, I’m showing up. Not because it’s easy, but because the young people in our community deserve it.
Youth mental health matters to me deeply. I’ve seen the struggles too many face — the silent battles, the isolation, the feeling that no one understands. I know how powerful it can be when someone says, “You matter. You’re not alone.” - I’ve been there.
The Gnarly 90 is my way of turning that belief into action. By for 90 days, I’m raising both funds and awareness so more young people can access the support they need, when they need it.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about showing that resilience is built one day at a time, one challenge at a time. And if my 90 days can spark even one young person to keep going, then every step, every rep, every gnarly moment will be worth it.
This is for them, for my younger self — and for a future where no young person feels like giving up is their only option.
