    I’ll be doing 90 minutes of moving my body throughout the week. It might be walking, yoga, dancing.. we’ll see! 

  2. Say why it matters to you
    Youth mental health impacts us all one way or another. I visit Gnarly Neighbours every week and can see the impact the team are making on the young people who visit. 

  3. Who it helps
    Gnarly Neighbours uses the funds to keep an open door, safe space, and free programs every day. Prevention, not band aid fixes.

  4. Set a goal
    My goal is to raise $90 for the 90. 

  5. Invite action
    Donate or create your own 90!
