I'm showing up for young Aussies & their mental health! 🤙🏼
I've signed up to the Gnarly90 challenge to create real change in a Gnarly way...
----------------------------------------
I will be doing all kinds of physical challenges (such as kicking, punching, squats etc) for 90 seconds on most days in the following weeks.
Let's call it 90 WaysToKickArse!
This matters to me cause youth suicide rates among neurodivergent people are 10 times higher than the average young person, and that is seriously not ok.
All donations got directly to Gnarly Neighbours - an outreach for young people to give them community and purpose, providing practical, get your hands dirty help, open doors, free programs and a safe place to belong, rather than some airy fairy pie in the sky solution.
$1000 can help hundreds of young people in the greater area, and hey if we hit that let's aim for $5000 and help even more!
Please give what you can, no amount is too small. You can also join my team, or create your own Gnarly90!

You make a difference, even as small as brightening my day (then the day of the 6 friends I forward your reels to. They don't say it, but I know they love it, right? (Right???))
