I'm showing up for young Aussies & their mental health! 🤙🏼

I've signed up to the Gnarly90 challenge, officially late! Quite frankly, I can’t seem to make a solid plan for the next 90 days (or most days, let’s be real). As a woman in her 40-somethings 😏—juggling life as a mum of 4, a business owner, a boss, a friend, and just a girl still trying to figure it all out—I don’t exactly have my sh*t together.

But that’s kind of the point.

For the next 90 days, I’m stepping way outside my comfort zone—taking on challenges that’ll make me laugh, cry, question my life choices, and stretch me in ways I probably didn’t sign up for… all to support something incredibly important: youth mental health.

I’m not doing this perfectly, but I am doing it with intention, compassion, and a whole lot of heart and hope for the next generation.

I’ll be winging it (because it’s what I do best) and showing up every day with the hope that these small, messy, actions can help make a difference. 

Our youth are navigating an increasingly complex world, battling challenges many of us never had to face. Whether big or small, they deserve support, safe spaces, and access to tools that help them feel seen, heard, and empowered—not just to survive, but to truly thrive.

 That’s where YOU come in.
