    Write the challenge you’re doing. Example: 90 laps, 90 drawings, 90 minutes of movement each day.

  2. Say why it matters to you
    One or two lines about your reason or lived experience. Keep it real.

  3. Who it helps
    Mention Gnarly Neighbours and that funds keep an open door, safe space, and free programs every day. Prevention, not band aid fixes.

  4. Set a goal
    Pick a target and impact. Example: $500 reaches 100+ young people. $20,000 helps thousands across the state.

  5. Invite action
    Ask people to donate, join your team, or create their own 90. Add when you’ll post updates.

  6. Add the socials
    Upload a photo or short video. Use #Gnarly90 and tag @gnarly.90 so we can share it.
