I'm showing up for young Aussies & their mental health! 🤙🏼

I've signed up to the Gnarly90 challenge to create real change in a Gnarly way. For my Gnarly90 I am going to be doing 90 minutes of physical activity a day, for 90 days. It can be skating, strength training, running, or any other sort of physical exercise.
When I was younger, skating really helped me with my mental health, and as an adult now, any sort of physical activity helps me become stronger both physically and mentally.
Gnarly Neighbours is an awesome organisation that is out there helping support youth mental health. They help anyone and everyone, by providing them a safe and welcoming space. Teaching them how to skate, setting up creative workshops, and teaching them life lessons.
I hope to raise as much money as I can during this challenge, starting with a goal of $270, but hoping to surpass it and raise even more.
I hope that people will donate what they can. No matter how small, a little goes a long way.
