I'm showing up for young Aussies & their mental health! 🤙🏼
I've signed up for the Gnarly90 Challenge to create real change for Aussie youth — now it’s your turn to get involved!
On September 20th, 2025, I’ll be taking on the GV Last Man Standing Backyard Ultra in Shepparton — an event that’s as much a mental battle as it is a physical one.
This unique race format requires participants to run a 6.71km loop every hour, on the hour, until only one runner remains. The catch? You must complete each loop within the hour to stay in the race. There's no set finish line, and no way of knowing how far or how long you'll be running. It’s pure endurance, just one foot in front of the other. My goal is to still be running 24 hours later!
I'm stepping into this challenge to push myself beyond the limits of comfort — because I believe that building resilience through discomfort is one of the most powerful ways we can grow.
Since becoming a dad, the mission behind the Gnarly90 movement hits home harder than ever. Mental health among young Australians is at an all time high. Rates of anxiety, depression, and suicide are rising — and far too many kids don’t have the support, tools, or safe spaces they desperately need.
That’s why I’m raising $2,500 (or more!) to support Gnarly90’s mission: delivering educational workshops for mental health, resilience-building sessions, and creating Safe Place Hubs across the country.
Every donation whether it’s $2, $5, or $10 makes a real difference. Your support means more than you know, and together we can give Aussie youth the tools they need to face life’s toughest challenges.
