I’ve committed to taking 10,000 steps a day for the next 90 days as part of the Gnarly90 challenge. That’s over 900,000 steps!!! each one a reminder to keep showing up, stay consistent, and push through even when it’s tough.
This challenge matters to me because movement has been a key part of staying mentally and physically strong. It’s not just about fitness; it’s about discipline, presence, and creating momentum in the parts of life that need it most.
I’m doing this to support Gnarly Neighbours, an incredible crew creating real impact for young people every day. The funds raised help keep their doors open, offering a safe space, free programs, and genuine connection. It’s all about prevention, not patch-up jobs.
